My Windows: run the project, not just the measurements

A rescreening job is a project: some windows are still on the list, some you've already ordered, and the delivery box on the porch doesn't always match what you thought you ordered. My Windows, a free tracker that lives in your reScreen account, keeps the plan, the order, and the delivery straight — so nothing gets ordered twice and nothing gets missed.

How it works

You create a property, add its floors, add rooms to each floor, and save each window inside them: size down to the nearest 1/16", frame color, mesh type, hardware, and which side the hardware sits on. That saved list is your plan. Each window also has a notes box — handy for recording which vendor you ordered it from, the order date, or anything else worth remembering. Add, edit, or remove windows anytime — a whole house takes about as long as walking it with a tape measure.

For homeowners

Measure twice, and the numbers are waiting when you're ready to order. Organize the house by floor — upstairs bedrooms, main floor, basement — so every window is exactly where you'd expect to find it. Compare a window across suppliers in one click, then keep working down the list: what's been ordered versus what still needs ordering is always visible at a glance. When the delivery arrives, check it against the plan — every screen matches the specs you saved, so anything wrong or missing shows up immediately, not while trying to install it. And when one screen gets damaged later, you reorder that exact window instead of re-measuring — from the same vendor, if you noted it.

For property managers

Screens are one of the most-replaced items between tenants, and every unit seems to have a slightly different size. My Windows lets you keep a separate property for each address, with floors for each story and rooms for every unit, so a turnover repair becomes "look it up, order it, done" instead of a site visit with a tape measure. For a multi-unit building, floors map naturally to 1st floor, 2nd floor, and so on — matching how your maintenance team already talks about the property. Per-property totals help you budget a whole building's rescreening at a glance, and because the plan lives in the tracker, you can see which units have been ordered and which are still waiting — and reconcile the delivered order against the plan before your maintenance crew starts installing.

Private by design

Your tracker is tied to your email sign-in and visible only to you — no advertising trackers, no sharing, nothing to sell. It's simply your project notebook, kept safe.
